If the Onleihe app closes directly when you call it up in a WLAN network or if E-Audio cannot be played, please check the connection and, if necessary, carry out the following steps:

Generally:

- Switch off WLAN on the device, start the Onleihe app, then switch on WLAN again and tap the "Update now" button in the app
- Restart the router

For iOS devices:

- Deactivate data saving mode in WLAN: Settings > WLAN > tap on the blue “i” symbol > Data saving mode (on / off)
